It's a perfect Spider-Man movie

It's a perfect Spider-Man movie

One sentence summarized <Spider-man: No Way Home>: "It's not a good movie, but it's a perfect Spider-Man movie."

When I was 8 years old, I first saw the movie <Spider-Man 1> in the cinema, and for a long time thereafter, the great Spider-Man have become the object of my fantasy. The most impressive scene is Toby's thumb growing black thorns and then having the ability to crawl on the wall, from then on, Spider-Man has become a hero in my heart, because he is the first superhero I Knew.

Then I watched <Spider-Man 2> and <Spider-Man 3>. I met Norman Osborn who usually acted unconcerned about his son, but when he was dying, he first thought of not letting his son know that he was a bad guy. I met Doctor Octopus, who had great ambitions but chose to die with his dreams in order to make up for the mistakes he made. Although he is a cold-blooded criminal, he meets the sand man who only has his daughter in his heart.

I got to know a complete Spider-Man through these three movies. A lonely hero who is betrayed by the family, longs for affection but can only stay away from everyone he knows. He is poor, his life and work are not smooth, he is oppressed and humiliated by his boss every day, and he has to worry about rent every day, and his girlfriend broke up. But he stood in front of everyone again and again whenever people needed it.

Then, just when I thought the Spider-Man franchise was over and I was slowly starting to forget about the character, The Amazing Spider-Man came out. Changed from the depressing and hopeful mature style of the previous ones, Garfield's Spider-Man is more like a youth drama, full of vitality, sunshine, and a school romance drama. But in the end, he still cannot escape his fate as a hero, even if he is limping, he has to fight, because only he can save the world.

In the end, his girlfriend's father died in front of him, and his mentor became a monster who wanted to kill him. And he also began to understand that anyone who came close to him would not end well.

In my third year of junior high, I skipped the cram school and bought a 2D movie ticket for The Amazing Spider-Man 2( the money I had saved for three weeks). Before this, I had spend countless time to watch many production specials, from actor interviews, to special effects production, to the theme music performance, I learned all about it, because I love this hero. The Amazing 2 Spider-Man fell from the sky, and with the sound of music, he seemed to be the freest person in the entire city. And at that moment, I shared his freedom, and I also had the dream of traveling in the sky.

And It also changed the style of the last youth drama, but highlighted the tragic part of the first one, and all those who were close to him did not end well. His girlfriend fell to his death in his arms, his best friend went crazy and wanted to kill him, and his admirer became a crazy monster because of his own mistakes.

What comes after that? It is a common topic of two generations of Spider-Man: loneliness. The hero named Spider-Man must always, and must, be alone.

Years passed, I, who never waited for "The Amazing Spider-Man 3", waited for "Captain America 3: Civil War", and they finally gave up the previous plan and launched a new Spider-Man. Both younger than the previous two, both chatty, lively, sunny and lovely. But I always felt something was missing.

We all felt something was missing.

Before that, not many Spider-Man fans liked Holland, and most of them would laugh at him as "Iron Man's son". Many people, including me, make fun of this character, why?

Because he is happy, and Spider-Man should not be happy, this is a hero destined to tragedy.

I really like Spider-Man so much. At the same time, I also have an unrealistic wish, that one day these three generations of Spider-Man can appear at the same time, I hope that the hero of my childhood can appear again, and I hope that the handsome hero in my eyes in junior high school will appear again. I hope that the current child who is playing hero games can grow up to be like his predecessors.

Of course, this was a very unrealistic dream at the time. Tobey Maguire was basically invisible, Andrew Garfield would never star in a superhero movie again, and Holland would never learn in the context of the Marvel Universe. will sacrifice.

Yet... yet.

NO WAY HOME is not a good movie. The script frame is very simple. I can even imagine that the screenwriter department and the director department first came up with the three spider man in the same frame, and then went to push the script forward.

But as a Spider-Man movie, I can't find a better adjective than perfect.
