Return & Refund

At Andytoy.com, we want to make sure each of our guests is very happy with their purchases. If for some reason you would like to return or cancel an item, we will be glad to assist you with a happy experience.

A return claim must be filed within 30 days after you received it. If 30 days have gone by since receiving it, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unopened, unused, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original unopened and undamaged packaging.

We do not accept returns for items that have been opened and damaged by the customer during play, display or assembly. Items are sealed in the package and are inspected through the box for damage before shipment. Most items are sold as collectible items that are not meant for play or rough handling.

Please note: To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

 

Regarding of Mystery Box

The surprise is part of the fun! Our blind/mystery box are unable to provide change of mind returns once your package has been opened for hygiene and safety reasons, unless your item is affected by quality or description issues. It’s our job to keep our customers safe. We have to ensure that all products are brand new and clean when they receive them. We thank you for your understanding. 

Order Cancellation

All orders are automatically processed on our end and sent for shipment as soon as they are placed. Unfortunately, during this process, we incur irreversible fees. Therefore, while we understand that orders might need to be changed sometimes, we cannot do it free of charge after a certain point. Therefore, we strictly adhere to the following cancellation policy:

  • If you cancel your order at least one day before it has been shipped, your order will be canceled free of charge. Even if you are charged, we will refund the full price and shipping cost, if applicable.
  • If you cancel your order after it has been shipped, please follow our Return Policies. The cancellation will have to be treated as a Return with all applicable fees.
  • Orders which are refused at delivery will be assessed all of the applicable fees listed above - including restocking, cancellation, and other applicable fees.

How to Returns
To return any items, please email us at support@andytoy.com. To expedite the return process, please be ready for these below before you contact us:
1) Be as descriptive as possible regarding the problem with the item. For example: for figure, which part is broken/loose, for games, which part it freezes.
2) Provide image(s) of the product showing the damaged part(s) including the packaging.
3) A receipt or proof of purchase, like the order number, or email.
4) If certain parts are defective or missing, please let us know. We may have those parts available.
When Our customer service receives your email, they will reply to you within 2 business days. They will tell you the returned address and what to do next.

Note: You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Upon receiving the item back, we will inspect it and process your refund within 3 business days.

 

How to Get the Refund
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email within 3 business days to notify you that we have received your returned item and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3-5 business days.

 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet,
Step 1: Check your bank account again.
Step 2: Contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Step 3: Contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
