Shipping Policy


1、Processing (1-2 business days)

The product processing time depends on the time frame of the quality check, the packaging, and also on the store contingent of the individual product.

What is the processing time?

The item’s processing time is the time from receiving your order to physically dispatching it. After receiving your order, we conduct rigorous Quality Control checks and tests in order to ensure the product's quality prior to shipment to meet your satisfaction. The total processing time varies depending on the complexity, design, and size of the specific product or article. Larger orders will naturally take longer. It normally takes within 24 hours of the business day for us to process your order. However, please note that the processing time can also be affected by the stock status of individual items, the time of the year, national holidays, etc. If your order includes very popular items that are experiencing stock availability issues, then the order can take 1-2 business days to process and dispatch. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience caused by these delays and thank you for your patience.

2、Shipping (Air)

Shipping methods for your purchases are determined by the types of items ordered. If your order includes an item being shipped via multiple methods, FedEx charges for items shipped outside the contiguous U.S., U.K., and Canada are appended to any applicable Threshold or In-Home charges. Your cart will reflect the delivery options available for your order.

Each order includes real-time tracking details and insurance coverage in the unlikely event that a package gets lost or stolen in transit. Standard shipping typically takes 5-9 business days (excluding weekends). If your order is not delivered by the estimated delivery time, please contact our friendly customer service for assistance. Shipping Method: Express Shipping (Air)

Shipping Fee: Accodring to different collections and product weight, the shipping fee is different. The detail is below:

Most of our product's shipping fees: $3 plus $1.3 per 100 grams.

For example, the total weight of your order is 100 grams. The shipping fee that is charged from you is $3+$1.3*1.0=$4.30.

3、Shipping labels

All orders are shipped to the address input during the checkout process. Unfortunately, we may be unable to customize these details once an order has been placed. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make any changes or need to cancel the order. Please note that once the order has been processed, we are unable to customize or cancel it.

4、Undelivered or Lost Packages

In the event of a failed delivery attempt due to incomplete or incorrect shipping address, or even doorstep refusal, the product will automatically be returned back to our source warehouse. Any re-attempts or refunds will only be actioned after we receive the product and make contact with the customer to investigate the issue. In case your package is lost in transit, the shipping carrier will inform us and we will re-dispatch a fresh shipment.

5、About Tax

Shipments from all of our warehouses are delivery duty unpaid. Therefore, any and all customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. If any, these charges must be paid by the customers. Customers take full liability for all return shipment costs, customs charges and handling fees should they refuse to accept a parcel due to import duties or taxes. Please note that according to customs regulations, we cannot declare purchased items as a gift or list an amount that lower than the actual product price.

6、Issues with Shipping and Delivery

Sometimes the carrier might prematurely mark orders as ‘Delivered’ leading to confusion at the customer’s end. In such events, you can either contact us or the carrier directly to resolve the issue. In the unlikely event of a delay in shipping your order, you are allowed to contact us via email(support@andytoy.com) and ask for an exact status of your order. Our customer service will reply you within 48 hours.
