All orders are handled within 1-2 business days from US, CA, and UK. Express shipping arrives within 5-9 business days after transiting.

Total Delivery Time = Handling Time(1-2 business day) + Transit Time(5-9 business day)

Shipping Fee:
If your order amount is $39 or below, shipping fee is $4.99;
If your order amount is $39.01 or above, shipping fee is $0.00
No extra tax fee is needed.

Item condition and packaging:
All products are brand new, in their original packaging with all original tags and/or accessories.

Packing:
Toys, collectibles, and sensitive items are all wrapped and boxed for their protection. Any less sensitive items, such as notebooks, are shipped in standard shipping bags.

Shipping labels:
All orders are shipped to the address input during the checkout process. Unfortunately, we may be unable to customize these details once an order has been placed. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make any changes or need to cancel the order. Please note that once the order has been processed, we are unable to customize or cancel it.

Package Track:
Once your item is processed you should receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking number. All orders are shipped via UPS or USPS and typically take 5-9 business days to the final destination. Use the tracking number to view the status of your shipment and the expected delivery date.

Undelivered or Lost Packages:
In the event of a failed delivery attempt due to incomplete or incorrect shipping address, or even doorstep refusal, the product will automatically be returned back to our source warehouse. Any re-attempts or refunds will only be actioned after we receive the product and make contact with the customer to investigate the issue. In case your package is lost in transit, the shipping carrier will inform us and we will re-dispatch a fresh shipment.

Issues with Shipping and Delivery:
Sometimes the carrier might prematurely mark orders as ‘Delivered’ leading to confusion at the customer’s end. In such events, you can either contact us or the carrier directly to resolve the issue. In the unlikely event of a delay in shipping your order, you are allowed to contact us via email(support@andytoy.com) and ask for an exact status of your order. Our customer service will reply you within 48 hours.
